Job Summary:
As an HR Intern at *Vivacious Techno Management Hub Pvt Limited* you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while contributing to the overall HR functions of the organization. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to different HR areas, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in candidate assessments.
2. Help coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
3. Support HR managers in maintaining accurate employee records, updating personnel files, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Contribute to the organization and execution of training and development programs for employees, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and gathering feedback.
5. Assist in employee engagement initiatives by helping to plan and execute team-building events, workshops, and other activities.
6. Participate in employee relations activities, including conducting surveys, assisting with performance management, and addressing basic employee inquiries.
7. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and assisting employees with benefits-related questions.
8. Help maintain the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) by entering data accurately and ensuring data integrity.
9. Support the HR team in preparing various HR reports and presentations.
10. Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing BBA/B.Tech/MBA
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn HR systems.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Enthusiasm for learning about various HR functions and contributing to team goals.
7. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
