Job Brief:
We are a customer service agency with award-winning partnerships. We are looking for customer service specialists to provide unique customer support via chat, email, and telephone in the comfort of their own home with excellent quality. We are looking for specialists that are capable of delivering nothing less than perfection to our partners. We welcome agents that have a multitude of skills, talents, and can speak other languages.
This role is a great fit for people that are meticulous, want to grow, want a flexible schedule, and are looking for variety. The partners that we work with vary every month and the need to learn new things and adjust is critical.
There is no need for previous knowledge or work experience. You will be taught all you need to know during certification to the point that you can support the company clients. We are after personal qualities. There is no need to have any type of university degree.

We have partnerships with agents all over the United States.
Responsibilities:
• As a customer service representative, or CSR, you will be helping customers navigate their account, assisting them with payments, and helping them make account changes.
• You may communicate with customers on the phone or by chat.
•A CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
•Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocates for them when necessary.
•Problem-solving skills to the satisfaction of the customer.
•Asking specific questions and recording feedback from customers.
•Addressing concerns and offering potential solutions.
