What will the Talent Acquisition Manager be trying to solve?

  • We are growing our team from 50 to 100+ and looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us get there
  • You will need to be excited about the adventure of a startup and wants to build a world class business
  • Your main task will be to identify, attract and hire the top talent we need to take Virtual Internships to the next level

Hiring for which roles?

  • Across the board. Partnerships (Business Development/Sales), Marketing, Engineering, Product, Finance,  Operations , and interns (Associates)

Hiring in which locations?

  • We have a core team based in HCMC, with a remote team located in countries including the US, UK, New Zealand, India, Argentina, Spain, and China. 
  • Some of the roles will be based in HCMC , others will be remote so can be based anywhere in the world

How big is the Talent Acquisition team?

  • The team will consist of 4-6 in total, with 2-3 Talent Acquisition Managers each line-managing their own HR Associate 

What will day to day activities look like?

  • As a start-up, no day will be exactly the same. However you will be responsible for ensuring there is a pipeline of candidates for each vacancy, this will include:
    • Liaising with hiring manager to identify ideal candidate profiles
    • Conduct initial screening (reviewing candidate videos and/or assessments) prior to making interview recommendations to hiring managing
    • Conduct active sourcing via Linkedin (or other channels) to identify prospective candidates
    • Working with your HR Associate to ensure passive sourcing channels are covered - e.g. job platforms , job postings
    • Research and engage in innovative or offline sourcing channels

  • Ensuring there is a full pipeline of qualified candidates for each vacancy

Skills You Will Need

  • At least 12 months experience either as in-house recruitment for a start-up OR as  a recruitment consultant (or similar) for an agency
  • Creative when it comes to candidate attraction. There’s more than just posting on job boards!
  • Understanding how to thrive in the uncertain and fast-paced nature of a startup, you will be working on multiple projects/tasks and must enjoy the thrill of building things from scratch.
  • Become a brand ambassador with knowledge and understanding of our culture deck

Some Basic Requirements

  • Already based in Vietnam
  • Available to start in April
  • Fluent English language skills (you don’t need an IELTS, but if you did it would be 7.0+)
