Job Overview:
US Solar is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Remote Cold Callers to join our sales team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our clients' products and services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are persuasive, energetic, and passionate about sales. We are currently based in Florida and we currently install 100+ projects a month. Our average install time is 26 days, and you will get paid when panels hit the roof. Setter's commission: 30% of total commission from first 10 sales. 40% for the 20 after that, and 50% for all sales after that. Or after your first 10 appointments that sell you can train and move to closing. Average total commission from 1 sale is $5,000-$7,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.

  • Introduce and explain our clients' products and services to prospects.

  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information from potential customers.

  • Set appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.

  • Be able to go a month without pay (it takes a little while to get the commissions going, but once they do, they are really high!).

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.

  • Have a laptop, phone, and internet connection.
