You'll be the person behind how we hire, onboard, and retain a close-knit team at a fast-moving creative agency.

Founded in 2015, we're a video-first creative agency based in New Delhi, producing brand films, social content, and digital campaigns for brands across India and beyond. Clients range from D2C startups to Fortune 500s to government organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
RECRUITMENT & PIPELINE
Own the full cycle ,from publishing to screening calls, shortlisting, coordinating assignments, and managing offer communications. You'll be the first impression candidates have of us and vice versa.
PAYROLL SUPPORT
Prepare monthly salary calculations, track compensation changes, and ensure all data is accurate before payroll is processed, coordinating with founders directly.
TEAM & CULTURE
Coordinate onboarding, team check-ins, engagement touchpoints. Be the connective tissue that makes the team feel looked after.
HR ADMINISTRATION
Draft and send internal communications, maintain team member records, update policies, and cross-coordinate with project leads and external teams as needed.
ATTENDANCE & COMPLIANCE
Own the SOPs that keep human resources tracking clean and dispute-free.
