What We are looking for:

A creative, curious design thinker who wants to learn by doing. You should bring:

• Strong foundational skills in graphic design and visual communication

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma

• An eye for detail and ability to execute your ideas clearly

• Openness to feedback and willingness to adapt

• Understanding of how design works across digital platforms and different audiences

• Enthusiasm, energy, and a collaborative mindset

• Bonus: Interest in or understanding of media production and digital marketing

What You;ll Do

• Design and create graphics aligned with brand aesthetics and digital-first thinking

• Collaborate with the core team to develop visual content for client campaigns

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas

• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts from brief to execution

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, conceptual ability, and versatility

• Portfolio pieces can include academic projects, personal work, or freelance projects

• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on work

• Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months (flexible based on your availability and our needs)

• Type: Paid internship, 5-6 hours, 5 days a week

• Work mode: In-office (New Delhi) with potential for flexible arrangements

• You will gain hands-on experience working on real client projects and develop a strong portfolio
