What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who is eager to contribute to the growth of our agency. You should be:

  • Experienced in Video Production and Marketing: You have a thorough understanding of the video production processes, creative brief comprehension, marketing practices, and the ability to identify and capitalize on industry trends. 

  • Excellent in Communication and Presentation Skills: You are a confident and articulate communicator, capable of building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our company's services. 

  • Strategic Thinker: You are able to develop and execute strategic business development plans, identify new market opportunities, and adapt to the evolving media landscape. 

  • Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and value the contributions of others. You are eager to collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients

  • Being the first point of contact for leads generated from all inbound and outbound activities.

  • Utilize your knowledge of social media services and digital videos to support a numbers-driven business team. 

  • Working on pitches for new prospective clients with attention to detail.

  • Inbound and Outbound sales with a well researched database. 

  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients. 

  • Collating and maintaining client information in the database. 

  • The Candidate will collaborate with our experienced team to identify and pursue potential clients in line with our strategic goals.

  • We value creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good listening skills. 

  • Logical understanding of processes and workflows.

  • Prior experience in agency business development is preferred. 

  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

  • In office role - Candidates expected to work from office 4-5 days a week.

  • Location - Shivalik, New Delhi (Near Saket)
