Responsibilities:
Think of this position as a "client concierge" or an account manager as you'll be proactively interacting and serving our clients on a daily basis. This is a high-touch role and you must excel in developing relationships and delivering impeccable communication via email and phone. You'll also be working with our leasing, accounting, and customer service teams daily to ensure our property owners are getting exactly what they need and expect. You will be responsible for handling property onboarding, filling vacancies, and turnovers of a small portfolio of clients. Skills Required:
You would benefit from this position if you are currently licensed in real estate or planning on obtaining a license in the next 6 months. This is a 1099 employment commission-only position.
