SERVICE & SPECIAL PROJECTS TECHNICIAN
Unity Electric is in search of the very best 01 and 06 Journeymen to join our Service & Special Projects division. We specialize in commercial, healthcare, assisted living and multi-family facilities. Projects range from service calls and special projects to special systems for commercial work. We are an all-inclusive contractor who self performs all phases of electrical work including: low voltage, fire alarm, nurse call, access control and line voltage systems as well as TI projects. Our rotating on-call shift (with incentives) provides 24-hour emergency service to our customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The most qualified candidate will possess the following traits:
Individual is quality oriented, self-motivated, organized, possesses communication and troubleshooting skills with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
Individual has mastered the journeyman role and is pushing their knowledge base constantly.
Individual requires little to no supervision and is responsible with company vehicle and material.
Individual is responsive with customers and internal employees regarding timelines for work and turning in accurate paperwork.
Individual has good hygiene, presents themselves well to all customers they come in contact with and uses great care when working around people in various types of environments.
Experience with the following systems is highly desired:Fire Alarm
Nurse Call
Security/Door Access
Data
Healthcare and Assisted Living Experience
