Job Title: Assistant Project Manager                                                                        FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports to: Project Manager                                                                                       Pay: Salary + bonus                        

Position Summary: Assisting the Service and Special Projects Department Project Manager. Responsible for developing and maintaining small project proposals and branding principles, practices, and procedures to increase volume and gross profit percentages as well as differentiate our company from others with branding and recruiting.

 

Qualifications Required:

·         Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

·         Must be able communicate easily and clearly in English, both written and spoken

·         Must be able to legally work for any employer in the United States of America

 

Qualifications Desired (but not required):

·         Recent experience in electrical construction office/environment is preferred

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities (Everyday activities, not rarely occurring):

·         Manage and assist the daily operations of the service department

·         Forecast and review monthly revenue levels for profitability

·         Establish and enforce proper permitting

·         Assign project and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

·         Perform other related duties as assigned
