Code the Future of Web3 Gaming

We’re seeking a Blockchain Developer Intern to help us forge the backbone of Two Robots: Unleashed — a competitive card-based multiplayer game powered by blockchain. You’ll work on systems that reward players with real digital ownership, integrate NFT-based assets, and make strategic gameplay truly player-driven.

If you’re fluent in smart contracts, know your way around ThirdWeb, and see the power in turning card games into crypto-native competitive arenas — let’s build something legendary together.

What You’ll Do:

• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts that power in-game rewards, player assets, and marketplace features

• Build and maintain integrations with ThirdWeb, wallet providers, and backend game logic

• Help manage token-gated experiences (e.g. special arenas, exclusive cards, founder perks)

• Collaborate closely with design and gameplay teams to align blockchain features with player experience and game balance

Interview Process (Round 2): Take-Home Challenge

If selected for Round 2, you’ll receive a Web3 challenge to evaluate your technical creativity and architecture skills.

You’ll be asked to:

• Create a basic smart contract (ERC-1155 or ERC-721) representing a unique card or schematic

• Integrate the contract into a basic ThirdWeb frontend that shows user ownership

• Include logic for gating features based on holdings (e.g., only users who own 1+ Founder’s Circle cards can mint a rare card)

• Submit your GitHub repo or demo link (UI polish not required — we care about logic, readability, and thoughtfulness)

You’ll have about a week to complete the challenge — and we’re open to making accommodations.

Who You Are:

• Experienced with smart contracts (Solidity, ThirdWeb, Hardhat, etc.)

• Familiar with blockchain game ecosystems (Polygon, Arbitrum, Layer 2s)

• You get why gas efficiency, metadata, and wallet UX matter for players

• Passionate about Web3’s potential in competitive multiplayer games
