Volunteer Accounting Practice
We are looking for candidates who wish to gain work experience with a new cloud accounting firm in East London. The candidates will also be given free training in Accounting, Payroll and software etc. The candidates with some accounting knowledge and good communication skills may contact by email.
We are looking for candidates who are ready to work on voluntary basis for 3-6 months. After completion of voluntary period we will review the work and may offer part time or full time employment in our accounting firm if candidate will start work independently, deliver better work performance, work sincerely, take initiative , dedicated in work and Promising during the voluntary period.
UK BASED CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE
Candidate will gain experience in following area:
Bookkeeping, using the latest cloud accounting software such as Xero and Quickbooks Online
Account up to trial balance
Company secretarial work
Direct dealing and communication with clients
Work on practice management software
Learning and working with new applications
Payroll
VAT returns
These are the key skills you’ll need:
An ability to adopt the latest digital tools and software – you’ll need to be tech savvy
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Excellent customer service
Some previous work experience (such as a Saturday job), either paid or voluntary
A confident, open and enthusiastic manner
A sense of commercial awareness
An ability to use your initiative, be quick to learn and show good attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines
