Job Brief: The Relationship Officer will oversees all sales activities in assigned locations to ensure that they run smoothly, efficiently and achieve targets. Relationship Officer Serves as the company’s official representative to target audiences, business partners and alliances, important stakeholders and other third-party collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.
- Support old customers and build new channels dealers for the business.
- Update customer database with contact details and perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.
- Working with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct line manager and suggest answers where obtainable
- Maintain profitable and productive relationship with customers.
- Answering all customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain up to date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Communicate with customers/clients through phone, e-mail, chats and personally respond to customers queries promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound and inbound calls to sell company products.
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
- Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.

· First degree in social science, marketing or similar field.
· Minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience in sales or in similar role.
