Compensation:- 12.8 LPA

Job Description:-
1. Research market conditions and industries to identify market trends, investment opportunities, and business risks
2. Assess the value of companies based on financial reporting and market information
3. Recommend investment strategies to clients based on market evaluations and research
4. Prepare research reports and presentations
5. Meet with clients to analyze and uncover investment opportunities
6. Project revenue, costs, and cash flows that take into account the industry, economic variables, and the firm's competitive position
7. Create a valuation model for the company that includes discounted cash flows and DCF multiples
8. Identify and quantify strategic and financial risks
9. Develop a detailed financial model for the company
10. Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis to identify and quantify risks
11. Handle underwriting
12. Assist C-level executives in creating investment theses and communicating investment value propositions to prospective investors

Requirements:-
1. Bachelor’s degree and Masters degree
2. CFA/CMT designation preferred but not mandatory
3. Experience or interest in financial analysis, investment banking, or related field
4. Proficiency or strong interest in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
5. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
6. Experience in financial and accounting principles
7. Strong communication skills
8. Strong attention to detail


Job Location and Timings:- Kolkata, West Bengal (10 AM- 7PM)

Terms:-
1. The tentative joining date will be September 3rd week 2023. The candidate need to take care of costs related to travelling and stays by their own.
2. The candidate cannot join any other company as full time or even as intern if he or she is selected with us and for that the candidate will have to sign a contract with us, our legal team and our training partners.
3. The candidate needs to take up an online module training cum global certification with our training partner EdApp that will cost the candidates around 12000-14000 INR that that will help the candidates acquire the required skills before the joining date.
