Role Overview :

We are seeking a rhythmic Video Editor who knows how to cut for retention. You will take raw footage and transform it into a polished final product, ensuring the narrative flows perfectly and the technical quality is top-tier.

Key Responsibilities :
 

Post-Production: Execute the full editing process—from assembly and rough cuts to the final render—primarily using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Audio Engineering: Clean up voiceovers, mix background music, and add SFX to enhance the viewing experience.

Color Grading: Ensure visual consistency and apply "looks" that match the brand’s mood.

Integration: Seamlessly incorporate motion graphics and static assets provided by the design team.

Requirements :

Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro (knowledge of the Lumetri Color panel and Essential Graphics is a must).

A "good ear" for music pacing and sound design.

Understanding of multi-platform exports (9:16 for Reels/TikTok vs. 16:9 for YouTube).
