Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take full ownership of recruiting across various functions in our growing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital recruitment tools like Recooty, AI-powered solutions, and platforms like Behance, Upwork, and others. This person should be a strategic thinker with the ability to source, assess, and recruit the best talent, whether full-time, part-time, or through consultation services.


 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand company needs and job requirements; propose hiring strategies and budgets.

• Utilize advanced digital tools (Recooty, AI-powered recruitment tools, etc.) to find and attract the best talent.

• Source candidates not only from traditional platforms but also from niche platforms like Behance, Upwork, and others based on the skills required.

• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, background checks, and video calls.

• Assess leadership and teamwork skills through group discussions and debates for senior roles.

• Present only the top three candidates for final interviews after thorough screening.

• Propose full-time, part-time, or consultation-based hiring as per company needs.

• Work with a junior assistant to manage job postings, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks.

• Efficiently manage recruitment budgets while ensuring high-quality hires.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR roles.

• Hands-on experience with digital recruitment tools like Recooty and AI-powered solutions.

• Strong understanding of various platforms (e.g., Behance for creative roles, Upwork for technology or admin services).

• Experience in luxury retail or jewelry recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.

• Proven ability to innovate and find talent through unconventional methods.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assess candidates’ leadership potential.

• Ability to propose recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process autonomously.

• Experience in managing recruitment budgets and cost-effective hiring solutions.
