📌 Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding customers in their jewellery selection, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
 
     Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery based on their preferences.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
✅ Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
✅ Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends and product details.
✅ Handle customer inquiries, pricing, and billing professionally.
✅ Maintain store presentation, including product displays and cleanliness.
 
   Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Passion for luxury jewellery and customer service.
✔ Experience in retail sales.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
✔ Confidence in handling high-end clients and guiding them through purchases.
✔ Basic knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and jewellery trends (preferred).
