Title: Senior Jewelry Sales Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: Owner (Anand Gupta)
Role Overview:
We seek a seasoned female sales leader (45+ years), rooted in tradition and spirituality, fluent in Telugu, with 10–15 years of jewelry sales experience. She will be the face of our brand for elder clients, handle challenging customers, mentor the team, and lead weekly meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all high-bargain, emotionally charged walk-in clients
• Handle escalations and follow-up calls personally
• Conduct weekly team meetings and individual coaching sessions
• Train CRM and sales staff on follow-up strategy and client engagement
• Mentor and model brand-first selling, preserving luxury standards
• Collaborate on targets, incentive slabs, and performance reviews
Requirements:
• 45+ years, married, Hyderabad/Andhra resident, settled family
• Fluent Telugu, working Hindi & English
• 10–15 years in jewelry retail sales, ethically strong
• Warm, spiritual, charismatic, polished in saree–clad appearance
• Relationship-building, negotiating & mentoring skills
• Integrity, loyalty, ‘company-first’ mindset
Compensation: Competitive base + incentive; leave: 4 PL, 2 SL, public holidays.
