We are seeking a passionate, highly driven Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating superior product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in making selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our jewellery products and services.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Proactively seek opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products.

Maintain visual merchandising standards for the store.

Ensure all transactions and administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the luxury jewellery retail industry.

Strong sales background with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Deep understanding and passion for luxury goods, particularly fine jewellery.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain a customer base.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.

Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
