Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Software Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our app's testing process. This role requires excellent coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring that our product provides a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with manual testers, developers, and bulk testers to execute and manage testing processes.
2. Plan and execute various testing strategies to identify and document bugs.
3. Compile detailed bug reports and work with the development team to address and resolve these issues.
4. Conduct repeated testing cycles until the app is ready for launch, ensuring it meets all quality standards.
5. Monitor and manage all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
6. Provide timely solutions and feedback to the development team regarding software quality and user experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Quality Assurance Manager or QA Project Lead.
2. Excellent understanding of the software testing life cycle.
3. Proven experience in coordinating with various teams and managing testing processes.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
5. Excellent coordination and project management skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Work Hours & Compensation:

This is a part-time position, and the number of hours per week will be determined based on project needs and the successful candidate's availability. Compensation will be half daily and is negotiable based on experience and skills.
