Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager - Process Improvement Specialist to work directly with our CEO and teams across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP, CRM, process management, and business flowcharts, with an MBA from a top business school like IIM. This role involves identifying bottlenecks, developing solutions, implementing processes, and continuously improving operational efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will handle new tasks and projects, setting up processes, training team members, and ensuring smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Understanding and Development: Collaborate with the CEO to understand and document existing processes. Develop streamlined workflows for manufacturing, production, accounts, billing, and human resources.
  • Gap Analysis and Solution Implementation: Meet with team members to identify inefficiencies and process gaps. Propose and implement solutions to address these gaps.
  • Training and Support: Work closely with team members to demonstrate and train them on new processes and systems. Provide ongoing support to ensure process adoption.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Create and maintain reports to track progress, identify delays, and analyze bottlenecks. Conduct delay and bottleneck analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance business processes, leveraging insights to improve organizational performance. Propose and implement changes to mitigate delays.
  • New Task Management: Plan and execute new tasks and projects assigned by the CEO. This includes setting up processes, training team members, and ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Cross-Vertical Process Management: Develop and streamline processes not only for Tibarumal Gems & Jewels but also for other company verticals, including the NGO.
  • People Management: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Build strong relationships with team members to facilitate smooth process adoption and improvement.
  • Energetic and People-Centric Approach: Be a strong connector with the ability to get work done promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA from a top business school (IIM preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and business flowcharts.
  • Proven track record in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide team members.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
  • Energetic and strong people's person with a proactive approach to getting tasks done.
