Title: Online Jewelry Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage online sales, communicate effectively with potential customers via chat, email, and/or video calls.

Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and needs.

Provide detailed information about jewelry including materials, manufacturing process, care instructions, and pricing.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our jewelry inventory and stay updated with new additions and changes.

Process orders.

Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in jewelry sales, preferably in an online/digital setting.

Strong understanding of jewelry design, materials, and care.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to build relationships with customers and meet sales goals.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; business and marketing majors preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
