Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of our
marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating between team members, tracking tasks and deadlines, and ensuring
timely completion of marketing projects. The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the Zoho
Projects platform and reporting directly to the Reporting Manager. This position is critical for streamlining marketing
operations and reducing the workload on senior management.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Meeting Management**:
   - Attend meetings with the brand consultant or review summaries provided by the Reporting Manager.
   - Extract actionable tasks and create a detailed action plan in Zoho Projects.

2. **Task Management and Delegation**:
   - Use Zoho Projects to create, assign, and track tasks across all team members.
   - Set deadlines and priorities for each task based on campaign timelines.

3. **Coordination**:
   - Act as the central point of contact for content writers, designers, photographers, stock team, and event managers.
   - Follow up with team members to ensure smooth execution and resolve any bottlenecks.

4. **Timeline Management**:
   - Ensure print campaigns are ready at least one month before deadlines and digital campaigns two weeks before posting.
   - Regularly update the Reporting Manager about task progress and potential delays.

5. **Quality Control**:
   - Review deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign requirements before presenting them to the Reporting Manager for approval.

6. **Reporting**:
   - Generate weekly progress reports from Zoho Projects and highlight any bottlenecks or challenges.
   - Suggest process improvements to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities of the Reporting Manager

1. Provide strategic direction and priorities for marketing campaigns during meetings.
2. Approve final content drafts and designs after review by the Marketing Project Coordinator.
3. Make high-level decisions regarding timelines, budgets, and campaign focus.
4. Conduct periodic reviews to assess project progress and the coordinator's performance.

Minimum Requirements

1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role.
3. **Skills**:
   - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Asana, Trello).
   - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
   - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
   - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   - Basic knowledge of digital marketing workflows and content creation processes.
