What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional attitude.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery.

• Showcase jewellery collections and confidently explain designs, quality, making charges, and other product details.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is always customer-ready.

• Follow up with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in jewellery sales preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.

• Strong interest in jewellery, fashion, and luxury products.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Ability to confidently interact with premium customers.

• Candidates with experience in gold, diamond, bridal, or fashion jewellery will be preferred.
