You will work closely with the founder to:

• Identify high-value content ideas

• Conduct short interviews to extract insights

• Convert ideas into structured frameworks

• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & more

• Maintain a premium, non-salesy tone

🎯 What You’ll Deliver

• 3 strong content topics per week

• Multi-format content (carousels, scripts, messages)

👤 Who We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in content/marketing

• Strong writing & structured thinking

• Good interviewing ability

• Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT)

• Detail-oriented with fast execution

💰 Salary

• Fixed: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000

• Variable:

  • ₹1000–₹2000 per approved topic

  • ₹10,000–₹20,000 performance bonus
