We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join Archana Jain Hand-Painted Couture. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Indian wear, Indo-western wear, and Western wear, with the ability to manage design, production, and client orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing collections for men’s and women’s hand-painted couture.

• Handle sampling, production, and client orders end-to-end.

• Coordinate with masters, tailors, karigars, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Oversee quality control of garments at every stage of production.

• Ensure timely delivery of all client and bulk orders.

• Work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining brand aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Indian wear and Indo-western wear (designing & production).

• Graduates from NIFT or similar reputed fashion institutes will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and finishing details.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.

• Passion for creativity and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Salary range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).
