Role & Responsibilities
· Is a spokesperson for Complete Coordination for management.
· Prepare meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules.
· Keeps, Prepares, and distributes minutes of meetings.
· Managing Day to day office administration activities.
· Maintaining appointment schedules of Directors. Collating all business reports, and summarizing them.
· Handling Important Documentation, Maintaining import schedules. And following up with clearing agents.
· Calendar Management.
· The candidates reports Directly to MD
Requirements
· Excellent Follow up skills
· Good Command over English
· Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word
· Excellent Listening skill
· Interpersonal Skill
· Strong Organizational Skill
· Attention to Detail
· Ability to Multitask
· Time Management
· Any Graduate
· 2 to 3 Year of work Experience as an Assistant or secretary to MD of company.
