Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to help us understand our customer's needs and address them effectively. You will be responsible for studying customer behaviors, understanding why customers leave, and creating strategies to improve customer retention.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer feedback and behavior to understand why customers are leaving.
  2. Develop and implement customer retention strategies and initiatives.
  3. Create objection handling scripts based on the common reasons for customer churn.
  4. Train the customer service and sales team on how to use these scripts effectively.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and response to new initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with other teams (like sales, marketing, and product) to improve the overall customer experience.
  7. Report on customer retention and satisfaction metrics to the company leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, such as Customer Retention Specialist or Customer Success Analyst.
  2. Excellent understanding of customer behavior and customer service practices.
  3. Experience in creating and implementing customer retention strategies.
  4. Exceptional communication and training skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
