Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate with maturity, warmth, and exceptional communication skills to build long-term trust and rapport with our valued clients. The role is best suited for a woman professional aged 45 years or above who naturally enjoys interacting with people, can engage in meaningful conversations, and creates a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment for customers in our luxury showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, making them feel comfortable and valued.

  • Build strong, friendly, and long-lasting relationships with walk-in clients, ensuring they enjoy their in-store experience.

  • Engage in conversations with customers in a polite, cheerful, and approachable manner.

  • Support the sales team by keeping customers engaged while they explore collections.

  • Maintain customer comfort—offer water, seating, and ensure a pleasant showroom atmosphere.

  • Keep a mental record of repeat customers, remembering their preferences, families, and occasions.

  • Convey trust and positivity, ensuring customers leave with a happy and memorable impression.

  • Collect and share customer feedback with the management team for service improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferably a woman candidate aged 45 years or above.

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, front office, or similar) is an advantage.

  • Pleasant, talkative, and naturally friendly personality.

  • Ability to converse fluently in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi).

  • Well-groomed, with a professional yet approachable appearance.

  • Patience, empathy, and an ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
