The Moderate Genius is seeking a RevOps Account Manager who alongside their team of technicians will be a driving force behind our ongoing growth and expansion. As an AM, you will be responsible for leading client relations, guiding and coaching your team to success, and creating an impact within each client's business through automation.

You will be a part of impacting our clients' businesses and their respective teams by working closely with the CEO and/or department heads by integrating automation, tech, and Hubspot CRM solutions so they can spend more time growing the business and using automation to their advantage.

What do we do? Our services primarily revolve around building sales & marketing systems within our client's CRM, working primarily with Hubspot alongside their tech stack to integrate together. 

Who are we? We specialize in assisting online business owners, coaches, and consultants and we take the guesswork out of the tech stack our clients are already using so that they can spend more time generating leads, closing deals, and growing the business.

How do we do it? We will start with a system audit to understand how the client uses their tech in their current workflow. Using our broad experience, we'll devise a scalable solution that we will use in implementation, where we will do all the work for the client so that they can focus on what they do best. We do this by working closely with their team to implement the best systems for growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Must be able to manage a minimum of 4 clients per technician within your team. 

  • A desire to always put clients and people first which drives you to lead each client with confidence and ensure they feel attended to and cared for throughout their journey with us. 

  • Conduct weekly client check-in calls and gather all necessary information to develop strategy and proactively address client needs and communicate that back to your team so they can implement it effectively

  • Leverage & continuously expand your knowledge to help clients get over technical hurdles, and be able to communicate complex ideas and solutions in a way that is simple and clear. 

  • Lead your team of technicians to meet and exceed ambitious targets by consistently driving team efficiency, nurturing client relationships, and leading by example. 

  • Have an in-depth understanding of how our clients are using sales and marketing so that we can clearly communicate with the CEO and/or the leadership team on possible solutions for both departments.

  • Relentless desire to deliver exceptional value to our clients by being able to problem solve, and think of creative solutions.

     

Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to work North American Eastern Standard Timezone (9 am-5 pm).

  • Must love to work as part of a highly ambitious fulfillment team that all drives for results, clients, and their team's success. 

  • Must enjoy being challenged by new possible tech solutions, and different problem-solving opportunities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt your approach to different client needs and situations. 

  • Must have the ability to manage both client relations and your team of technicians

  • Refuses to settle for anything less than outstanding for themselves, their client results, and their team. ‘Good enough’ is not something they tolerate. 

  • Enjoys meeting with various clients who have different services they provide and loves to understand their client's goals and what success means for them during their journey with us. 

  • Desire to test the limits of your uncapped potential within this role with performance-based bonuses.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accountability. 

  • Previous experience in a similar role leading client relationships & teams with a track record of previous success.
     

A Major Plus If You Have: 

  • Experience in a technical environment

  • Basic HTML and JS

  • Experience working with DNS and web servers

  • Experience working in databases

  • Experience in a project management environment

  • Experience with Zapier, Make/Integromat automation platforms

  • Experience in Marketing automation

  • Experience in the online high-ticket coaching/consulting industry
