Job Description

Our team is growing and we’re looking to hire another technician for our team!

As a technician, you will spend your time:
- Working in our project management system to complete tasks assigned to you, as well as inputting new tasks from clients into our system

- Troubleshooting and fixing client Zaps and CRM workflows, then communicating outcomes back to the clients via Slack message and/or Loom video

- Providing insight and strategy to clients, by taking their ideas and outcomes and transforming that into zaps and automations that save them time and make them more money

- Thinking outside the box — we do extremely creative work for our clients and ability to think clearly and quickly is key. We don’t do anything cookie-cutter style, and sloppy work is a no-go.

- Interacting with clients to get more details needed to complete a project and/or give them updates on it

- Watching a call recording to extract details from it, map it out in a flowchart, then implement it

This is an ultra-fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to focus, diagnose and problem solve quickly and efficiently.

If you see the world and/or visualize things in your mind as diagrams or flowcharts, this could be the perfect job for you.

There is a lot of technical implementation work, but also a lot of strategy. You will need to be able to take the the outcome the client wants and break it down into steps, and them implement those steps.

Attention to detail is critical. Our clients are trusting us to run the behind-the-scenes of their multi 7- and 8-figure businesses.

We're in search of a full-time candidate for this role, who must be available to work in the North American Eastern Time Zone.

You need to be willing to be a part of a team. We know that we can provide the best value to our clients when we work together and communicate well internally. You must see yourself as an integral part of something bigger, and do your part to make sure the team is functioning at its peak performance.

Due to the technical nature of the job and the need to communicate complex ideas and solutions to clients, applicants MUST be completely fluent in English, and able to express concepts well.

Getting the work done is only part of the job — sometimes you will need to communicate with the clients via Slack to get more details and/or give them updates via Loom video. Still other times, you may need to get on a Zoom call with the client to get a better idea of what they want, how it needs to work, etc.

We work primarily with High Ticket Coaches and Consultants and you will need to be familiar with all or some of the following: Zapier (must have), Integromat, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Hubspot(should have), Close, Pipedrive, Clickfunnels, ScheduleOnce, Calendly, Typeform, Wufoo, Google Sheets, Aloware, Slack… you get the picture.

You will need to be a leader and take ownership of jobs, tasks, and outcomes... but also failures as well.

You MUST love learning. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one because the work we do is unique to this industry, and the learning curve will be steep. The industry changes quickly, and we know most of our clients systems like the back of our hands, but it requires a desire to learn.

You will need to want to be the best version of yourself day in and day out. We believe the best way to show up for our clients is to be the best version of ourselves. And that inner pursuit of bettering ourselves is what drives us to serve our clients better each and every day.

PS. You must also know how to laugh and have fun. While the work is serious, we love to laugh as a team on our team meetings and in Slack, and so do most of our clients. Sarcasm is ok here, as are funny memes, having a great time, and just loving life.

Is this you? Let’s connect :)
