Job Responsibilities

The Load Balancer Crew is looking to expand their international team by adding a technical account manager to manage the relationships for professional services customers. The technical account manager position is responsible for developing existing customer relationship and finding new opportunities within those relationships. The position will be assigned 5-10 accounts and will build account development plans to get wider and deeper within each account and manage the relationship with the customer. Daily interaction with customers and tracking of customer projects/pipeline is expected.

The accounts will initially consist of US based customers, with hours mostly based on 8-5 EST US working hours, and can be worked remotely within commuting distance to Bucharest for meetings and account planning. Ideally you should have experience in a technical vendor or VAR and have understanding of infrastructure or enterprise networking products.



Skills Required
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • 1-3 years experience in a technical sales role
  • Ability to multi task
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Powerpoint, word, etc.
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Polite and professional attitude
