Software Developer (Laravel)

Location: Manchester

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with expertise in the Laravel framework to join our team in Manchester. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications using Laravel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel
• Work with the development team to design and implement new features and functionality
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to client specifications

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Laravel 
• current notice period 2-4 weeks max due to the need to commence employment next month
• Strong understanding of PHP and object-oriented programming
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
