About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Bury/Prestwich. If you're proactive, confident with communication, and eager to learn, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and account management. No prior experience is needed, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilise LinkedIn and company data to identify and source new leads. You’ll be expected to be proactive in seeking out new sales opportunities.
• Demos: Confidently conduct demo calls via Microsoft Teams with prospective clients, showcasing our product.
• Account Management: Manage partner relationships from onboarding to going live, including responding to messages, emails, and calls. You’ll oversee your own pipeline.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and competitors through ongoing training.
• Training: Provide comprehensive training to partners via Microsoft Teams before they go live.
• Portal Builds: Collaborate with the design team to build partner portals and packs.
• Feedback: Arrange feedback calls with partners and share insights with the tech and support teams.
• Reporting: Report directly to the CCO, creating weekly reports to monitor partner statuses.
• Input: We value your feedback and input on improving our processes and product offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in conducting virtual meetings.
• Ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools.
