Hours: 37.5 (09:00 – 17:00) Location: Royton

Permanent Position, Competitive Salary: £23k - £25k basic (negotiable based on experience) plus High OTE

As a prominent provider of office supplies, catering supplies, and care and dementia supplies, our client has built a strong client database within a niche market. With continuous company growth, including the recent acquisition of a healthcare supplies business, we offer an autonomous role where you will manage existing clients and develop your own client base throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a set of accounts, ranging from new to established customers.
  • Conduct effective customer prospecting to establish connections with potential clients.
  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets with support from your team manager.
  • Enhance your product knowledge and market understanding to provide value-added solutions to customers.
  • Handle customer queries, offering guidance to both customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct marketplace and customer research to expand and strengthen your account portfolio.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Possess a confident telephone manner.
  • Demonstrate commitment to upholding company ethos and maintaining high standards.
  • Exhibit strong IT skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Have strengths in administration and organisational skills.
