Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential roofing systems.
• Work independently, maintaining a good pace and high standards without direct supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential roofing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and techniques.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
