About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Roller Operators to support our camp build team on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role requires operators with a keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality compaction work.

Key Duties:

• Operate roller machinery to compact materials, achieving specified density and smoothness levels.
• Conduct pre-start checks on equipment to ensure safe operations throughout the day.
• Work closely with other operators to coordinate compaction efforts across the site.
• Monitor and report any machine issues promptly to the maintenance team.
• Adhere to site-specific safety protocols and actively participate in toolboxes and safety briefings.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Roller Operator, particularly on construction or mining sites.
• Roller VOC certification preferred.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and teamwork.
