• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Follow project plans and lifting procedures to execute lifts safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with crane operators, site supervisors, and construction teams to coordinate lifting activities
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rigger, preferably in a FIFO or construction environment
• Valid rigging tickets and certifications (e.g., Basic, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations
• Ability to work in remote locations and on a FIFO roster basis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
