Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including tax information, deductions, and overtime.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and reporting activities.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll and accounting functions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll management and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in payroll software and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
