Mechanical Fitter - FIFO

Location: FIFO from Perth
Roster: 12-hour shifts, Day Shift/Night Shift
Rates: $67.50 (DS) / $81.00 (NS) per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for FIFO shutdown and maintenance projects. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in plant machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Fitter.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in a heavy industrial setting.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Valid driver’s license and White Card.
