Installation Administrator

Location: Marchington

Salary: £24,500 per annum

Summary:

Our Client is seeking a dedicated Installation Administrator to join their Operations team in Marchington. This role is integral to the efficient functioning of installation operations, involving coordination, administration, and reporting tasks. You will work closely with a small administration team to ensure process adherence, traceability, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provide administration support for installation planning to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Task-oriented planning for customer installation, extraction, and kit move requests.
  • Generate monthly and on-demand reports to track installation performance.
  • Accurately maintain the warehouse TISR report for cost recording.
  • Analyze and report KPI data to showcase installation performance.
  • Contribute to general health and safety housekeeping as directed.
  • Provide project administration support to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to third-party SLAs.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft CRM, and Microsoft Excel is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel is essential.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with SAP and CRM are advantageous.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries swiftly and accurately.
  • Capacity to manage a large workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
  • High level of accuracy in data input.
  • Adaptability to changing working methods and procedures.
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to changes.
