Customer Service Representative
Office based: 5 day working week for 40 hours, Monday – Sunday. Set shift pattern can be discussed.
Salary from £24,000 (rising to £26,000 after probation)

Our client is a fast-paced, innovative, rapidly expanding FinTech Company who provide point of sale software and hardware solutions across the UK. We are looking for an articulate, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operational support.
We are launching an industry changing platform and are looking for highly adaptable individuals to join our team. In this role you will be closely working with management and providing feedback on new systems/processes. You will also be working closely with our Partners and merchants to provide the best customer service experience as possible. Ideally, you will have had experience of liaising with client/customer queries over the phone and via email, and experience of working under pressure to resolve issues when they arise. Attention to detail is a must due to this role involving data, reporting and administrative duties.
