Job Description: As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries and issues via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a phone support capacity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
