Salary from £21,000 (rising to £22,000 after 3 month probation)
Overview:
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Support Services and Training departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
The main functions of this role are to build and maintain strong working relationships with our White Label Partners from the start of their journey with us, as well as to provide on-going support and liaise between the Partner and other departments.
Tasks:
Co-ordinate the setting up new Partners
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Communicate updates from the business to partners
Present feedback from Partners to management and other departments
Work with Partners to resolve issues
Liaise with Partner to optimise their business with us
Ensure professional levels of service to Partners at all times

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
A good and positive communicator at all levels
Excellent telephone and written communication skills
Proven ability to prioritise and multi-task
Able to manage expectations
Able to summarise a situation and pass on relevant information
