Customer Service / Helpdesk Support
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience
Location: Whitefield, Manchester
Employment Type: Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday
The Role:
We are hiring for Customer Support and Helpdesk roles, with opportunities for growth into Customer Success. You will provide top-tier support to clients, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues.
Assist clients with onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve processes.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus
