Job Brief:
Unified Restorations is a division of Anthony Corporate Enterprises, a Dallas / Fort Worth company that focuses on restoration, remediation and associated services for insurance carriers and contractors. We are an emergency response restoration company specializing in the return of compromised property to their per-loss condition. Unified Restorations focuses on the Laundry / Dry Cleaning of textiles damaged by water, smoke or breakage.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Technician / Supervisor to oversee the operations of our cleaning and laundering services, to also include pickup and delivery in residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in ensuring that all cleaning processes are executed efficiently and effectively while supervising a team of technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the cleaning team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Oversee the laundering process, ensuring all items are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standard.
- Lead and manage a team on pack-outs and deliveries while maintaining the integrity of the contents
- Communicate professionally and build a relationship with homeowners, adjusters and contractors.
- Take photos to document preexisting conditions
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned items to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding cleaning services with professionalism and care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning operations.
- Verify delivery manifests and secure signature from the insured.
Skills Required:
- The successful Supervisor / Lead Technician candidate will have a proven track record of success leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in dry cleaning and laundering processes.
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and able to relate to people on all levels.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work flexible hours on occasion to include evening and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Computer skills.
- Have a valid Driver’s License.
As a Unified Restorations team member, you will be expected to:
- Pass a background check that includes drug testing.
- Be ethical, respectful and understand that our customers may have a strong emotional connection to their belongings.
- Handle general office administration responsibilities, such as ordering supplies, answering client questions / phone calls.
Job Details
- This is a full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends may be needed)
- Location: Carrollton
Compensation
- Pay range of $18 to $23 per hour.
- Vacation.
