The Art Guys / Unified Restorations is a premier art services and restoration support company serving the Dallas / Fort Worth area. As we expand our services to include the management of textiles, electronics, and appliances, we are growing our Logistics team and are currently seeking a talented, dependable individual to assist with the packaging, transportation, installation, and setup of specialty items. This role begins at four days per week. Pending business needs, additional days may be available.
We support property owners who have experienced fire or water damage at their premises. In these situations, we carefully remove affected items—including artwork, textiles, electronics, and appliances—and ensure they are properly handled, documented, transported, stored, and reinstalled.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up, transport, and deliver artwork, textiles, electronics, and household or specialty appliances
Safely disconnect, move, and reinstall appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and similar equipment when required
Coordinate appliance placement and setup to ensure proper leveling, alignment, and basic operational readiness
Professionally install artwork, electronics, and appliances in residential and commercial environments
Perform careful packaging, padding, and protection of high-value and sensitive items
Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized vehicles, tools, and storage areas
Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members while on site
Key Requirements
Prior experience installing, managing, or moving appliances (delivery, installation, restoration, or logistics background preferred)
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. Most work will occur between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights, weekends, or overnight stays as needed
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks
Required to possess a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record throughout employment
Must be able to safely lift and maneuver 50–60 lbs, with heavier items handled using proper equipment and team support
Strong customer service skills, providing a true “white glove” experience to clients
Professional, neat, and clean appearance that represents the company well
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
A degree in Fine Arts or background in painting is a plus but not required
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening

Pay Range
Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20, depending on relevant experience.
