Job Brief:

The Art Guys, a division of Anthony CE and a premier art logistics company in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, is looking for a Marketing Associate to support our growth efforts, drive our brand strategy and handle customer communications

We work with insurance companies, contractors, individuals and institutions to restore art and collectibles damaged by fire, water or breakage.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Sales and outreach team to deliver revenue growth and high customer satisfaction
• Working with Marketing Agency, develop and produce branded print and online marketing collaterals, signage and giveaways
• Organize and schedule marketing programs for the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) and track ROI for marketing campaigns
• Ensure branded items and documents are consistent with brand standards
• Manage social media accounts, create and post content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
• Schedule and manage Continuing Education course events
• Develop and execute email campaigns, promotional efforts and participate in industry events and local trade shows
• Manage WordPress website to increase company online traffic and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Assists with preparation and assembly of sales estimates and invoices
• Manage new accounts development effort through our Salesforce CRM (you will be trained),

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Fine Arts
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with WordPress for content management
• Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making processes.
• Proficient in social media management
• Knowledge of Google tools for tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Must be able to commute to Carrollton office
• Graphic design, photography, and videography skills are advantageous
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes is a plus

Compensation

• The pay range is $18 to $23 per hour depending on relevant experience
