 Unified Restorations is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Associate to support daily operations involving inventory management, material handling, and job site coordination. This role is essential to ensure that restoration projects are supplied efficiently and completed on schedule with a “white glove” approach. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a  fast-paced environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery, pickup, and distribution of equipment and materials to job sites.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Track and manage equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Communicate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely support.
  • Operate Company vehicles safely when transporting materials.
  • Follow all safety procedures and Company policies.
  • Must be willing and able to work a 4-Day flexible work schedule. Pending business need, additional days are optional.  Facility hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights, weekends, or overnight assignments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment: 

  • Combination of warehouse and field environments. 
  • May require working in varying weather conditions. 
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs. 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development test (GED) required.
  • A college degree is an added bonus.
  • Previous experience in the logistics, warehouse, contents, cleaning, installation or restoration industry is preferred.
  • Required to possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record at the time and duration of employment.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time. 
  • Capable of lifting and moving heavy materials (at least 50 lbs. or more repeatedly).
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
