The Art Guys is a premier art services company in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Due to our growth, we are adding to our Logistics team and currently seeking a talented person to help with handling artwork within our care.
This position oversees the art facility to ensure artwork and equipment are properly stored and documented. The Warehouse Manager would fulfill requests to relocate stored artwork for any evaluations, restorations, customer pickups, etc. They would coordinate with the Logistics Department Head to ensure a healthy supply of supplies & materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure artwork is properly stored and documented
- Manage logistics supplies and equipment
- Fulfill and document art transfer requests
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized storage areas
- Develop & maintain warehouse management system
Key Requirements
- Must be willing and capable to work a flexible schedule. Most work will be from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday but nights, weekends and overnight stay may be needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Pre-existing & proficient knowledge in company systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and iCat are beneficial, but not required
- Required to possess a valid driver license and a clean driving record at the time and duration of employment
- Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs
- Excellent Customer Service skills, providing "white glove" service to our clients
- Exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance that represents the company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; positive attitude
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening

Pay Range
The pay scale ranges from $19 to $22 an hour, depending on relevant experience.
